About Teri Hanbury
Where Community Support Meets Real Estate
Teri Hanbury came to real estate from a background in community support, working closely with people with disabilities, mental health challenges, ADHD, and autism. That experience shapes how she communicates, listens, and creates environments where clients feel safe, respected, and understood.
Now in real estate with The Fogel Agency, Teri uses those same skills to push the industry toward something it should have been all along: accessible, inclusive, and person-centred. Her goal is to make the buying and selling process clearer, calmer, and more supportive for everyone, especially those who have traditionally been overlooked or underserved.
Teri also ensures clients know about programs that can strengthen long-term financial stability, including the Registered Disability Savings Plan (RDSP), which can grow significantly through government grants and bonds, improving overall financial security and future buying power.
